General Rules
We want all our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, please follow these simple rules:
- No parties or events are allowed on the property.
- Only registered guests listed in the original booking may stay in the apartment.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Quiet hours: Please respect neighbors between 22:00 – 07:00.
- Keep the property clean and in good condition during your stay.
- Check-out: Please leave the apartment tidy and return keys as instructed.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments or shared laundry facilities.
A designated outdoor smoking area is available in the backyard.
Parking
All guests have access to free private parking right next to the apartments.
The parking area accommodates cars, vans and small buses.
Laundry & Common Areas
Guests may use the shared laundry room, equipped with several washing machines and dryers.
Please be considerate and keep the area clean for the next guest.
Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings made through Airbnb or Booking.com are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
- If you book directly with us, please contact info@easypropertiesrental.com for detailed terms.
