Booking our property will accept with not other conditions this norms, ANY VIOLATIONS of this terms with house your expelled of the property with not refund

It will be a extra charge for smoking or party/event or extra guest that is not mentioned on the original booking 

Additional Rules

After 21:00 quiet area 

Don’t moved our furniture. 

Dont use hair tinte or other paints inside the house. 

Empty the fridge when checking out. 

Turn OFF, TV and lights when you are leaving the house. 

will be EXTRA FEE for checking after 21:00- until 23:00 NOT allowed check in after 23:00hrs
